Kamrup under Section 87/88, Assam Cooperative Societies Act, 2007 (Act. IV of 2013) in to the affairs of Ashirbad Village Organization, C.S. Ltd. and whereas has been found that.

1. No AGM and no business transactions also made by the members since registration.

Now therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Sub-section 2 of Section 94 of the Assam Cooperative Societies Act, 2007 (Act, IV of 2013), I Dr. Paresh Saha, DRCS Kamrup do hereby cancel the registration of Ashirbad Village Organization C.S. Ltd. bearing registration No. G. 30/2016-17 dated 31st March, 2017 with immediate effect.

Further, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 95(1) of the Act. referred above, I do hereby appoint Sri B.K. Mazumdar, Senior Auditor as the Liquidator of Ashirbad Village Organization C.S Ltd.

I, Nirada Kalita daughter of Khargeswar Kalita an inhabitant of Village- Makeli, P.O.-Chhaygaon, P.S.- Chhaygaon, in the District of Kamrup have changed my name from Nirada Kalita to Niro Bala Kalita by swearing an affidavit in the Court of Notary at Kamrup on dated 2nd May, 2024.

Henceforth, I shall be known as Niro Bala Kalita instead of Nirada Kalita for all purposes.
