1. After registration no Board meeting, no AGM was held.

2. Hence the Society comes under automatic de-registration.

Now therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Sub-section 2 of Section 94 of the Assam Cooperative Societies Act, 2007 (Act, IV of 2013), I Dr. Paresh Saha, DRCS Kamrup do hereby cancel the registration of Nabouday (Pub-Shalkuchi) VOCS Ltd. bearing registration No. G. 24/2016-17 dated 31-03-2017 with immediate effect.
