Ltd. and whereas has been found that. 1. After registration no. AGM. No Board meeting was held. 2. No business was started by the society till date. Now therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Sub-section 2 of Section 94 of the Assam Cooperative Societies Act, 2007 (Act, IV of 2013), I Dr. Paresh Saha, DRCS Kamrup do hereby cancel the registration of Jeuty Village Organization C.S. Ltd. bearing registration No.G. 38/2016-17 dated 31-03-2017 with immediate effect.
Further, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 95(1) of the Act. referred above, I do hereby appoint Sri B.K. Mazumdar, Senior Auditor as the Liquidator of Jeuty Village Organization C.S. Ltd.
All claims against dissolved Jeuty Village Organisation C.S. Ltd. must be submitted to the Liquidator within 2(two) months from the date of publication of this notice.

I, Ramesh Kumar Agarwal son of Radheshyam Jalan an inhabitant of Town- Dibrugarh, P.O.-Chowkidingi, P.S.- Thana Charali, in the District of Dibrugarh have changed my name from Ramesh Kumar Agarwal to Ramesh Kumar Jalan by swearing an affidavit in the Court of Notary at Kamrup (M) on dated 29th February, 2024.
Henceforth, I shall be known as Ramesh Kumar Jalan instead of Ramesh Kumar Agarwal for all purposes.
