Golaghat, Assam is deemed to have been suspended with effect from the date of his detention i.e. 30th May, 2024 pending drawal of Departmental Proceding against him.
It is not permissible for him without previous sanction of the Government to accept private employment or to do business while under suspension in view of the Rule 12 of the Assam Civil service (Conduct) Rules, 1965. If while under suspension he accepts private employment, does business in violation of Rule 12 of the Assam Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965, he will be guilty of misconduct and will be liable to be dealt with accordingly. He is also liable in that case to forfeit his claim for subsistence allowance. The Head Quarter of Sri Tanrnoy Dutta, Assistant Engineer (Civil) during the period of suspension will be Morigaon. He will not leave the Head Quarter without prior written permission of the competent authority.
