Terms of office;

The Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members of PIC of the ITDP shall hold their position in the board at the pleasure of the State Govt. The State Govt. may at any time change the Chairman, Vice- Chairman or any Member of the PIC, ITDP or may dissolve the PIC, ITDP or may reconstitute' the PIC, ITDP.

The PIC, ITDP shall stand dissolved on completion of three y.-ars from the date of notification, unless dissolved earlier.

Function of the PICs;

1) To select and approve list of schemes/beneficiaries under various developmental programmes funded by the Government.

2) To oversee implementation of development schemes executed by various Sectoral Departments of the State Government for the benefit of relevant commnunity.

3) To ensure progress of implementation of schemes and proper utilization of grants sanctioned under the Department.

4) To review the ITDP schemes and offer suggestions on proper implementation of the same to the State Government.

5) The Board shall monitor the implementation of schemes and report to the Government through PD, ITDP.

The Constitution, Conduct of Business, Functions etc. of the PIC,ITDP shall be carried on as per Govt. Notification No.TAD/BC/440/2013/63, dated 6th Sept, 2021.
