I, Dipti Saraf Garodia daughter of Late Kailash Saraf wife of Sri Ritesh Garodia an inhabitant of Town - Fatasil, P.S.- Fatasil Ambari in the District of Kamrup (M) have changed my name from Dipti Saraf Garodia to Dipti Saraf by swearing an affidavit in the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class at Kamrup (M) on dated 6th February, 2025.

Henceforth, I shall be known as Dipti Saraf instead of Dipti Saraf Garodia for all purposes.
