In form of NSC/KVP/Bank Draft/FDR etc. The earnest will be refundable to the unsuccessful quotation after the finalization of the contract and will be refunded successful quotation failed to the supply the spare motor parts/repairing works with the articles with stipulated time than the Earnest Money will be liable to be forfeited.

The quotationer must be types or written in ink and quotationer should quote their rates in both word and figure items wise, any correction should be duly initiated. Rates should be quoted exclusive of GST.
The quotationer must submit PAN Card, up-to-date Trade License, GST Registration Certificate, GST Clearance Certificate, AP HQR Registration certificate, soundness certificate of institutional Bank/Nationalized Bank and up-to-date Income Tax Certificate with their quotation.
"Quotation for supply of new spare motor parts/repairing works of the Departmental vehicles/ Motor cycles and Generators" must be on the sealed envelop.
