Whereas, considering the seriousness of the charges, the period of suspension of Sri Paresh Kumar Sahu, ARCS (U/S), Darrang, Mangaldoi was extended vide Order No. ECF 588618/35 dated 10th April, 2025.

Whereas, based on the draft charges, statement of allegations and other relevant documents as witnesses gainst Sri Paresh Kumar Sahu, Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Darrang, Mangaldoi (U/S), show cause notice has been issued vide No. E-588618/46 dated 27th May, 2025 and based on the recommendation of the Review Committee, it has been decided by the Disciplinary Authority that re-instatement at this stage may not be in the public interest;
