No. CDNL (O) 01/2025/04.- Whereas it is observed from the records that the Sisty sil Gramya Banijyik SS Ltd. registered under the Assam Coop: Societies Act, 2007 (Act. IV of 2012) bearing registration No. KB-41/2016, dated 24th October, 2016.

Whereas the society has ceased functioning since long and the members have not taken step for its revival.

Whereas inspection under section 88 (1) of the Assam Coop: Societies, Act. (2007) reveals that the Society leaves no scope for its revival and suggests for liquidation.
