I, Puheday Patar wife of Nileswar Patar an inhabitant of Village- Habibarangabari, P.O.- Habibarangabari, P.S.- Mikirbheta in the District of Morigaon have changed my name from Puheday Patar to Poheday Patar by swearing an affidavit in the Court of Executive Magistrate at Morigaon on dated 22nd April, 2026.
Henceforth, I shall be known as Poheday Patar instead of Puheday Patar for all purposes.
