S.O. 1 (E).-In pursuance of sub -section (2B) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion ) , number S.O. 633 (E) , dated the 12th July , 1995, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee consistingofthe following persons, for giving its expert advice inthe matter ofdetermining the nature ofany article or class ofarticles that may be reserved for production by the ancillary orsmall scale industrial undertakings, namely:--
का.आ. 1 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 29 ख की उपधारा ( 2 ख ) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के उधोग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक नीति और संवर्धन विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 633 (अ ) तारीख 12 जुलाई, 1995 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों से मिलकर बनने वाली एक सलाहकार समिति का गठन करती है जो आनुषंगिक या लघु औद्योगिक उपक्रमों द्वारा उत्पादन के लिए आरक्षित किसी वस्तुया वस्तुओं के वर्ग की प्रकृति के अवधारण के मामलों में अपनी विशेष सलाह देगी , अर्थात्
1 Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Small Scale Industries and Agro and Rural Industries-Chairman 1. सचिव, भारत सरकार, लघु उद्योग और कृषि तथा ग्रामीण उद्योग मंत्रालय-अध्यक्ष
