का.आ. 2( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 29 ख द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2ख ) के अधीन गठित सलाहकार समिति द्वारा दी गई सिफारिशों पर विचार करने के पश्चात् यह निदेश दिया है कि भारत सरकार के उद्योग , औद्योगिक विकास विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 477 ( अ ) तारीख 25 जुलाई , 1991 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में-
अनुसूची III में, लघु उद्योग क्षेत्र में निर्मित किए जाने के लिए आरक्षित वस्तुओं की सूची शीर्षक के अधीन मद 34 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां ( सिले सिलाए कपड़े) का लोप किया जाएगा । 2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगी ।

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st January, 2001
S.O. 2 ( E ) . In cxercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2B ) of Section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act . 1951 (65 of 1951 ) and after considering the recommendations made by the Advisory Committee constituted under sub - section ( 2B) ofsaid Section, the Central Government hereby direct that the following amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry , Department of Industrial Development Number S.O. 477 (E) , dated the 25th July , 1991 , namely In the said notification;
In Schedule - III . under the heading-LIST OF ITEMS RESERVED FOR EXCLUSIVE MANUFACTURE IN THE SMALL SCALE SECTOR, item 34 and the entries relating thereto ( i.c. Readymade Garments ) shall be omitted .
2. This Notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette
