की मुरगांव पत्तन कर्मचारी (अस्थायी सेवा) विनियम, 1964 के विनियम-3 के उप- विनियम ( 1 ) के परन्तुक के अनुसरण में श्री/श्रीमती/कु . सेवा को एतद्वारा तत्काल समाप्त किया जाता है और यह भी निदेश दिया जाता है कि नोटिस की अवधि के लिए अथवा, जैसी भी स्थिति है , एक महीने से कम नोटिस की अवधि के लिए अपने वेतन और भत्तों की रकम के बराबर की रकम का दावा करने के लिए हकदार होगा जिस दर पर वह सेवा समाप्तिके तत्काल पहले प्राप्त करता था/ प्राप्त करती थी ।

जब नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी अध्यक्ष हो तब कर्मचारी को पहले से ही दी गई सेवा समाप्ति की नोटिस के प्रचलन के र्दारान मुरगांव पत्तन कर्मचारी (अस्थायी सेवा) विनियम, 1964 के विनियम-3 के उप विनियम ( 1 ) के परन्तुक के अधीन जारी सेवा समाप्ति का आदेश ।
श्री/श्रीमती/कु. दिनांक की सेवा समाप्ति की नोटिस सं . में संशोधन करते हुए तथा मुरगांव पत्तन कर्मचारी (अस्थायी सेवा) विनियम, 1964 के विनियम-3 के उविनियम 1 के परन्तुक के अनुसरण में अध्यक्ष, श्री/ श्रीमती/कु . की सेवाओं को एतद्वारा तत्काल समाप्त करते है तथा यह भी निदेश दिया जाता है कि नोटिस की अवधि के लिए अथवा, जैसी भी स्थिति है , एक महीने के कम नोटिस की अवधि के लिए अपने वेतन और भत्तों की भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

In pursuance of sub- regulation ( 1 ) of Regulation 3 of the Mormugao Port Employees' (Temporary Service) Regulations , 1964, Shri/Smt/Kum . is hereby given notice that his/her services shall stand terminated with effect from the date of expiry of a period one month from the date on which this notice is served on , or , as the case may be, tendered to him/her .

Order of termination of service issued under the proviso to sub- regulation ( 1 ) of Regulation 3 of the Mormugao Port Employees ' (Temporary Service) Regulations , 1964.
In pursuance of the proviso to sub - regulation ( 1 ) of Regulation 3 of the Mormugao Port Employees' ( Temporary Service) Regulations , 1964, the services of Shri/Smt./Kum . are hereby terminated forthwith . It is also directed that he/ she shall be entitled to claim a sum equivalent to the amount of his/her pay plus allowances for the period of notice at the same rates at which he/she was drawing them immediately before the termination of his / her service or, as the case may be , for the period by which such notice falls short of one month .
