का. आ. 11 ( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशी अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 79( अ ) तारीख 3 फरवरी, 1997 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्यांक 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -
" 1. डा. सी.आर. हाजरा ,
कृषिआयुक्त, कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग,
अध्यक्ष" ।
नई दिल्ली ।
2. वह तब तक पद धारण करते रहेंगे जब तक कि केन्द्रीय कीटनाशी बोर्ड के सदस्य का पद धारण करेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 5th January, 2001
S. O. 11 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Co -operation ) number S.O. 79 (E) , dated the 3rd February, 1997 , namely:-
Inthe said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely :-
" 1. Dr. C.R. Hazra , Agriculture Commissioner, Department of Agriculture and Co-operation, NewDelhi .
Chairman" .
2. He shall hold the office as long as he holds the office of the Member, Central Insecticides Board.

नई दिल्ली, 5 जनवरी, 2001
का.आ. 12( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशी अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य, कृषि, सामूहिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का. नि. 301 , तारीख 27 फरवरी , 1971 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: --
(1 ) उक्त अधिसूचना में , मद संख्यांक ( xvi ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खंड ( xvi ) के अधीन मामनिर्देशित सदस्य
अवधि जिस तक के लिए नामनिर्देशित किया गया है
( इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधिके लिए ) ";
" (xvi ) डा. वाई. के. गुप्ता, आचार्य , भेषजगुण विज्ञान, अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान , नई दिल्ली ।
(2) मद संख्यांक ( xix ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -
अवधि जिस तक के लिए नामनिर्देशित किया गया है धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खंड (xix ) के अधीन नामनिर्देशित सदस्य
