NOTIFICATION नई दिल्ली, 5 जनवरी , 2001
New Delhi , the 5th January, 2001 का. आ. 14 ( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 ( 1988 का 59 ) की धारा 41 की उपधारा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 444 ( अ ) तारीख 12 जून, 1989 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
S.O. 14 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (6) of section 41 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the then Ministry of Surface Transport number S O 444 ( E) dated the 12th June, 1989 namely
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में,-
In the Table to the said notification,- क्रम सं. 14 और उमसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
after scrial No 14 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted, namely

" 14क झारखंड
यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette [फा सं आरटी -11014/2/2000- एमबीएल]

Note Principal notification number 444 (E ) dated the 12th June , 1989 was published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub - section ( 11) and was last amended vide notification number 1080 (E ) dated the 30th November , 2000
