10 प्रतिशत राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक ( अहस्तांतरणीय ) विशेष प्रतिभूति, 2009 का आंशिक उन्मोचन एफ. सं . 4( 8 ) -डब्ल्यू.एण्ड एम./2000 .- भारत सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार की , अधिसूचना सं.एफ.4 ( 13) डब्ल्यू.एण्ड.एम. / 93 दिनांक 27 मार्च, 1997 द्वारा जारी 10 प्रतिशत भारत सरकार राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक (अहस्तांतरणीय ) विशेष प्रतिभूति, 2009 (जिसे इसके बाद " विशेष प्रतिभूति" कहा गया है) का आन्ध्र बैंक (इसके बाद " बैंक " कहा जाए ) को जारी 165.00 करोड़ रुपए(नामिनल) के कुल मूल्य की विशेष प्रतिभूति में से 47,95,04,536.05 करोड़ रुपए ( नामिनल) की राशि के लिए निम्नलिखित शर्तों एवं निबंधनों के अधीन आंशिक उन्मोचन करना अधिसूचित करती है :
1. उन्मोचन के लिए पात्रता एवं सीमा
केवल आन्ध्र बैंक ही आवेदन करने तथा विशेष प्रतिभूति उन्मोचित करवाने के लिए पात्र होगा और उन्मोचन की राशि सरकार द्वारा अनुमित इक्विटी पूंजी की राशि तक सीमित होगी जिसे बैंक द्वारा वापस कर दिया जाएगा । आन्ध्र बैंक के सिवाय कोई बैंक, कंपनी, निगम अथवा कोई अन्य निकाय सहित कोई भी अन्य व्यक्ति उन्मोचन के लिए आवेदन करने का पात्र नहीं होगा ।

[PART I-SEC. 1] 2. मूल्य एवं उन्मोचन की तिथि
विशेष प्रतिभूति प्रत्येक 10,000 रुपए ( नामिनल) के लिए 10,000 रुपए अर्थात् सममूल्य पर उन्मोचित की जाएगी । विशेष प्रतिभूति बैंक से उन्मोचन पर तथा आवेदन के साथ विधिवत् उन्मोचित विशेष प्रतिभूति को भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के लोक ऋण कार्यालय, फोर्ट, मुंबई-400 001 में प्रस्तुत करने पर 31 जनवरी , 2001 को उन्मोचित किया जाएगा ।
3. ब्याज
उन्मोचन की तारीख को विशेष प्रतिभूति पर देय ब्याज बैंक को अदा किया जाएगा ।
4. बाकी धनराशि की वापसी अदायगी
उन्मोचन के पश्चात् बैंक द्वारा धारित कुल 117,04,95,463.95 करोड़ रुपए (नामिनल) मूल्य की विशेष प्रतिभूति की बाकी राशि की वापसी अदायगी जब तक भारत सरकार द्वारा अन्यथा . अधिसूचित नहीं किया जाता, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं.एफ.4(13) डब्ल्यू.एण्ड.एम. /93 दिनांक 27 मार्च , 1997 के पैरा 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट किए गए अनुसार छः समान वार्षिक किस्तों में की जाएगी ।

Part redemption of 10 per cent Nationalised Banks ' (Non- Transferable ) Special Security, 2009 No. F. 4 (8) -W&M/2000. - Government of India hereby notifies part redemption of 10 per cent Nationalised Banks ' ( Non - Transferable) Special Security, 2009 ( hereinafter referred to as " special security " for an amount of Rs . 47,95,04536.05 (nominal) out of the special security issued to Andhra Bank (hereinafter referred to as the " bank " ) vide Government of India notification No. 4(13) -W &M/93 dated the 27th March, 1997 , for value aggregating Rs . 165.00 crore (nominal ) , subject to the following terms and conditions: - [ भाग I- खण्ड 1 ]

3 1. Eligibility and limit for redempiton
Only Andhra Bank shall be cligible apply and get the special security redeemed and the amount of redemption shall be limited by the amounts of equity capital allowed by the Government to be returned by the bank . No other person including any bank , company , corporation or any other body except the Andhra Bank shall be eligible to apply for redemption.
2. Price and date of redemption
The special security will be redeemed at Rs . 10,000 for every Rs.10,000 (nominal ) i.e. at par . The special security shali be redeemed on 31.1.2001 on application from the bank and on tendering of the special security duly discharged alongwith the application at the Public Debt Office of Reserve Bank of India , Fort , Mumbai - 400001 .
3 . Interest
Interest payable on the special security as on date of redemption will be paid to the bank .
4. Repayment of the remaining amount
The remaining amount of the special security held by the bank for value aggregating Rs. 117,04,95,463.95 ( nominal ) after redemption , shall be repayable in six equal annual instalments as specified in paragraph 4 of the Government of India Notification No. 4 ( 13) -W & M/ 93 , dated 27th March , 1997 , unless otherwise notified by the Government .
