In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) No. S.O. 2(E) dated the 1st January, 2001 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) dated the 1st January, 2001 , in the opening paragraph of English version, in line 2 , for the words , brackets , figure and Ictter " sub- section (2B) " read " sub - section (2A)" .
