का. आ. 21 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार को प्रतीत होता है कि लोकहित में यह आवश्यक है कि आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य में ताटिपाका से कोंडपल्ली तक प्राकृतिक गैस के परिवहन के लिए एक पाइपलाइन गैस अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड द्वारा बिछाई जानी चाहिए;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को प्रतीत होता है कि उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए उस भूमि मे उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करना आवश्यक है जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाए जाने का प्रस्ताव है, और जो इस अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची में वर्णित है ;
अतः , अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 50 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उनमें उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है ;
उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति, राजपत्र में प्रकाशित इस अधिसूचना की प्रतियां साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध कराए जाने की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, उसमें उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन या भूमि में पाइपलाइन बिछाने के संबंध में आक्षेप , लिखित रूप में सक्षम प्राधिकारी, गैस अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड, के. जी. बेसिन प्रोजेक्ट, जैट्टी अवैन्यू, दनवैपेट, राजामुन्द्री ( आन्ध्र प्रदेश ) को भेज सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 5th January, 2001
S.O. 21 (E ). Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transport of natural gas from Tatipaka to Kondapalli in the State of Andhra Pradesh , pipeline should be laid by the Gas Authority of India Limited;
And whereas , it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land, under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1 ) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines ( Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 ( 50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule , may within twenty -one days from the date on which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, Gas Authority of India Limited , K. G. Basin Project, Jetty Avenue , Danvaipet , Rajahmundry (Andhra Pradesh).
