New Delhi, the 9th January, 2001

S.O. 23(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970), the Central Government, after consultation with the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board, hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the jobs or works, speci- fied in the Schedule annexed hereto, in the establishments of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Limited, in their plants at Chembur, Mumbai, Priyadarshini Complex, and Thai District Raigad, Maharashtra with effect from the date of publication of this notification, namely :—

SCHEDULE

Day to day operations of electrical and mechanical maintenance of various plants and equipments, plumb- ing, gardening in establishment premises, and job of rigger and Assistant Supervisor :

S.O. 24(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970), the Central Government, after consultation with the Central Board, hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the works specified in the Schedule annexed hereto, in Kovalam Ashok Beach Resort, Trivandrum, Kerala, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

SCHEDULE

(a) Gardening and horticulture work; and

(b) Cleaning of the garden and surrounding roads.
