O. 27(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Tea Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Tea Control), No. S. R, O. 944 dated the 17th March, 1954, namely :—

In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

" 1. Shri N. K. Dass, IAS Chairman Appointed under rule 4(1)".
