का.आ. 41 ( अ ). निम्नलिखित आदेश अध्यक्ष, चाय बोर्ड द्वारा जारी किया गया है :
आदेश
चूँकि यह जनहित में आवश्यक और उचित है , इसलिए दिनांक 12-1-2001 के चाय ( विपणन ) नियंत्रण ( संशोधन) आदेश, 2001 द्वारा यथा संशोधित चाय ( विपणन ) नियंत्रण आदेश , 1984 के पैरा 22 के साथ पठित पैरा 17 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा यह निर्देश दिया जाता है कि असम, पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु और केरल का प्रत्येक पंजीकृत विनिर्माता चाय की नीलामी के लिए लाइसेंस प्राप्त आयोजकों के नियंत्रण अथवा संरक्षण के अधीन भारत में सार्वजनिक चाय नीलामियों के जरिए एक वर्ष में उसके द्वारा विनिर्मित चाय के किसी प्रतिशत की बिक्री करने के लिए स्वतंत्र है और यह यथा संशोधित चाय ( विपणन ) आदेश, 1984 के खंड 17 के उपबंधों के अनुसार होगा ।
यह आदेश सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को और उस तारीख से लागू होगा और अगले आदेशों तक लागू रहेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th January, 2001 S.O. 41 (E) . The following order has been issued by the Chairman , Tea Board:
ORDER
Whereas it is necessary and expedient in public interest in exercise of the powers conferred under para 17 read with para 22 of the Tea (Marketing) Control Order, 1984 as amended vide Tea ( Marketing ) Control (Amendment ) Order, 2001 dated 12-01-2001 ,do hereby direct that every registered manufacturer in the State of Assam , West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Kerala is free to sell any percentage of tea manufactured by him in a year through Public Tea Auctions in India held under the control or auspices of organizers of tea auction licenced to do so, in accordance with the provisions of clause 17 of the Tea (Marketing) Control Order, 1984 as ameded.
This Order will come into force on and from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and will remain in force till further orders .
