S.O. 43{E)V—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.0.637(E), dated the September 4,1997, and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (National Pharmaceattcal Pricing Airthority) rruiriber S.O. II24(E) dated I7th November, 1999 in so far as it relates to Ibuprofen, except as respects things done or omitted to be doue before such supersession, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fetes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes) at winch the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column IT\ thereof shall be sold

2. This price/revised price shall be made effective within 15 days from the date of this order as required under sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 14 ofDrags (Prices Control) Order, 1995. The necessary price-list should also be issued as required under sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 14 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995.
