का. आ. 68 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, जांच आयोग अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 60 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 389 ( अ ) तारीख 17 अप्रैल , 2000 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
S. O. 68(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act , 1952 (60 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs number S.O. 389 (E) , dated the 17th April , 2000 , namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, विचारणीय विषयों के पश्चात् " आयोग केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट 23 जनवरी, 2001 को या उसके पहले प्रस्तुत करेगा " , शब्दों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा; अर्थात्:-
In the said notification , after the terms of reference , for the words " The Commission shall submit its report to the Central Government on or before the 23rd January , 2001 " , the following shall be substituted, namely:
" आयोग केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट 23 फरवरी , 2001 को या उससे पहले प्रस्तुत करेगा । "
"The Commission shall submit its report to the Central Government on or before the 23rd February , 2001."

टिप्पण : जांच आयोग का गठन करने वाली मूल अधिसूचना
Note : The Principal notification constituting the Com- mission of Inquiry was published in the Gazette ofIndia vide number S.O. 389 ( E ) , dated, the 17th April , 2000 and subsequently amended vide number S.O. 688 ( E ) , dated the 21st July, 2000; S.O. 849 (E ) , dated the 21st September , 2000 ; and S.O. 1041 ( E) , dated the 21st November, 2000 .
