The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropk Swbstawces Rules, 1985, the Central Government hereby notifies the tracts in the States ofMadhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh specified inthe Table below the tracts within which poppy may be cultivated on account of the Central Government during the opium year commencing on the 1st day of October, 2000 and ending on the 30th September, 2001
