आ.अ. 1 ( अ ). लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 कक की उपधारा ( 1 ) में निहित उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग , छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्वारा कलेक्टर एवम् जिला मजिस्ट्रेट को जिला बिलासपुर के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में पदाभिहित करता है ।
