का.आ. 71 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 62/94- सीमाशुल्क ( एन. टी. ) तारीख 21 नवम्बर, 1994 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में , तमिलनाडु राज्य से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 10 के सामने, इन्नौर से संबंधित स्तंभ ( 3 ) में आने वाली मद संख्यांक ( 2 ) के सामने, स्तम्भ (4 ) में की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्: - " आयातित माल की उतराई और निर्यातित माल या किसी वर्ग के ऐसे माल की लदाई । "
[फा. सं . 574/7/2000 - एल.सी. ] एस.के. सिन्हा, निदेशक टिप्पण.- मूल अधिसूचना राजपत्र में अधिसूचना सं. 62/94- मीमाशुल्क ( एन.टी. ) , तारीख 21 नवम्बर , 1994 [का. आ. 829( अ ) तारीख 21 नवम्बर , 1994 ] में प्रकाशित की गई थी और अन्तिम बार संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. 62/2000 - सीमाशुल्क ( एन.टी. ) , तारीख 17 अक्तूबर, 2000 [ का.आ. 936 ( अ ) , तारीख 17 अक्तूबर, 2000 ] द्वारा किया गया था ।

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 24th January, 2001 No. 1/ 2001 - CUSTOMS ( NT)
S.O. 71 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 62 / 94 - Customs (NT) , dated the 21st November, 1994 , namely:-
In the said notification , in the Table , against serial number 10 relating to the State of Tamil Nadu , against item number ( 2 ) occurring in column (3 ) relating to Ennore, in column ( 4 ) , for the entries , the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods . "
