विषय: चीन, हांगकांग तथा ताइवान से पोटाशियम परमेंगनेट के आयात संबंधी पाटनरोधी जांच प्रारंभिक निष्कर्ष । सं. 46/1 /2000- डीजीएडी निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी , 1995 में यथासंशोधित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1975 और सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान, उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियम, 1995 को ध्यान में रखते हुए दिनांक 30 दिसम्बर, 2000 की अधिसूचना सं. 46/1/2000 डीजीएडी द्वारा अधिसूचित प्रारंभिक निष्कर्षों में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित स्पष्टीकरण देते हैं:-
प्रारंभिक निष्कर्ष के पैराङ के अंतर्गत पैरा 6 को निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा:
" वर्तमान जांच में विचाराधीन उत्पाद पोटाशियम परमेंगनेट है जो एक अकार्बनिक रसायन है फार्मूला KMnO4 है।" पोटाशियम परमँगनेट का रासायनिक

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 18th January, 2001
Subject:--Anti -dumping investigations concerning imports of Potassium Permanganate from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan -Preliminary Findings .
No. 46/1/2000-DGAD .-The Designated Authority, having regard to the Customs Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff ( Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti -Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rule, 1995, hereby makes the following clarification in the Preliminary Findings notified vide Notification No. 46/1/2000 -DGAD dated 30th December. 2000.
Para6 under Para E of the Preliminary Findings shall read as follows:
"The product under consideration in the present investigation is Potassium Permanganate which is an inorganic chemical. The chemical formula of Potassium Permanganate is KMnO4."
