का.आ. 72(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार एत‌द्वारा , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का अधिनियम 14 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( क ) के उपखण्ड ( i ) के अनुसरण में, खनिज तेल, ( अपरिष्कृत तेल) , मोटर और विमानन स्प्रिंट, डीजल तेल , मिट्टी का तेल , ईंधन तेल, विविध हाइड्रोकार्बन तेल और उनके सम्मिश्रणों, जिनके अन्तर्गत मंश्लिष्ट ईंधन, स्नेहक तेल, और इसी प्रकार की वस्तुएं आती हैं, के विनिर्माण और उत्पादन में लगे नियंत्रित उद्योग को, जिसे औद्योगिक ( विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का अधिनियम 65) की धारा 2 के अधीन , नियंत्रित उद्योग घोषित किया गया है , उक्त उपखण्ड के प्रयोजनों के लिए विनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

New Delhi , the 16th January, 2001

S.O. 72 ( E) . In pursuance of sub - clause ( i ) of Clause (a ) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( Act 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies , for the purpose of that sub - clause , the controlled industry engaged in the manufacturing or production of mineral oil ( crude oil) , motor and aviation spırıt , diesel oil, kerosene oil , fucl oil , diverse hydrocarbon oils and their blends including synthetic fuels , lubricating oils and the like which is controlled by the Central Government under Section 2 of the Industrics (Development of Regulation) Act , 1951 ( Act 65 of 1951 )
