का.आ. 78(अ). भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन ) नियम , 1975 के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार उपर्युक्त नियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए एतद्द्वारा अधोलिखित तालिका के कालम ( 3 ) के अंतर्गत उल्लिखित अधिकारी को तालिका के कालम संख्या ( 2 ) में निर्दिष्ट तत्संबंधित राज्य के लिए चुनाव अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है :-

S.O. 78 ( E ) .-In excrcise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3 ) of the Table annexed hereto , to be the Returninig Officer for the purpose of the said rules , in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) of the said Table .
