s.o. 82(E).—in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) read with sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Cable Television Networks (Regulations) Act, 1995 (7 of J995), the PRASAR BHARATl (BROADCASTING CORPORATION OF INDIA) hereby makes the following amendments in its Notification No. S.O. 823 (E) elated 13th September 2000 published in the Gazette of India - EXTRAORDINARY - PART II - Section 3 - Sub-section (ii) dated the 13the September, 2000:-
