OFFICE OF THE JUTE COMMISSIONER NOTIFICATION-Every bag to be branded with monogram to be specified by DGS&D, Calcutta with the name of the manufacturing mill printed on it as well as BIS certification marking. The average minimum breaking strength shall be 160 kgf. for waip way and 145 kgf for weft way as provided in the aforesaid specification of BTS.
