New Delhi, the 31st January. 2001
G.S.R. 50 (E).—In exercise of the powers confened by Sub-Section (0 of Section 124. read with Sub-section (i) of Section 132 of the Major Ports Trust Act, 1%3 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the New Mangalore Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulation. 2001 made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of New Mangalore Port Trust and set out in the schedule annexed to this notification 2 The said Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gu/ette.
SCHEDULE
NEW MANGALORE PORT TRUST
New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulation 2001. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Major Ports Trust Act. 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the New Mangalore Port Trust hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the New Mangalore Port Tmsl Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulation 1980 and Amended from time to time.
1 These regulations may be called the New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Recruitment. Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulation 2000.
2 In the existing Mew Mangalorc Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations 1980 amended from time to time, the following Schedule 41 (b) shall be added.
