S.O. 89(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 4 of the Securities and Ex- change Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, number S.O. 147(E) dated the 21st February, 1992, namely :—

In the said notification, against serial number 2, for the existing entry, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
