का. आ. 91 ( अ) .- केन्द्र सरकार, फर्स्ट कमॉडिटीज एक्सचेंज आफ इंडिया, लि. , कोची द्वारा मान्यता प्रदान करने के लिए अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत दिए गए आवेदन पत्र पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को 1 फरवरी , 2001 से 31 जनवरी , 2006 तक की अवधि के लिए कोपरा, नारियल के तेल और उसकी खली में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. इसके द्वारा प्रदत्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

New Delhi , the 1st February, 2001
S.O. 91 (E ) . The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for grant of recognition, made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 ( 74 of 1952 ) , by the First Commodities Exchange of India Ltd. , Kochi , and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest so to do , hereby grants in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a period of five years from 1-2-2001 to 31-1-2006 in respect of forward contracts in copra , coconut oil and its oilcake.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
