सा.का.नि. 55 ( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनयम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित म ऐपा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना में 16/2000 - सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2000 मे निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में , उपाबध मे, शर्त सख्या 19 के स्गमने की शर्त का लोप किरण जायेगा।

G.S.R. 55( E ) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1967 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (De- partment of Revenue ) , No 16/ 2000 - Customs , dated the 1st March, 2000, namely
In the said notification, in the ANNEXURE, agamst Condition No 79 , the condition shall be omitted
