का.आ. 108 (अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 15 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, के खाद्य और उपभोक्ता मामले मंत्रालय , उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग की दिनांक 6 फरवरी , 1998 की अधिसूचना का.आ.सं. 110 ( अ) को सिवाय उन बातों के जो अधिक्रमण से पूर्व की गईं या जिन्हें करने से लोप किया गया हो, अधिक्रांत करते हुए घोपित करती है कि उक्त धारा के उपबंध सम्पूर्ण देश में पटसन से बनी वस्तुओं ( पटसन से बनी किसी भी प्रकार के हैसियन और टाट का कपड़ा या थैलों, डोरियों या सूत या दोनों ) के संबंध में इस अधिसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
Ncw Delhi , the 6th February, 2001
S.O. 108 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1) of Section 15 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 ( 74 of 1952 ) and in supersession of the Notification of the Govt . of India in the Ministry of Food & Consumer Affairs , Department of Consumer Affairs number S.O. 110( E) dated the 6th February, 1998 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby declares that the provisions of the said section shall apply to Jute Goods ( hessian and sacking cloth or bags or both, twines or yarns or both of whatever kind made from jute ) in the whole of India with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
