का.आ. 111 (अ ) .- निर्यात और आयात नीति, 1997- 2002के पैराग्राफ 1.3 तथा 4.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास तथा विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा, गुजरात राज्य में " भूकम्प" से प्रभावित लोगों की राहत तथा पुनर्वास के लिए दी गई वस्तुओं के ' मुक्त रूप से' आयात की अनुमति देती है बशर्ते कि वे राजस्व विभाग के परिपत्र सं. 7/2001/ -सीमा शुल्क दिनांक 27-01-2001 में विनिर्दिष्ट शर्तों के अधीन हो । तथापि, ऐसी मद जिसका आयात , निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई.टी.सी. ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण नामक पुस्तक के अनुसार " निषिद्ध " है , उसके आयात की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 111 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred un- der section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 and 4.1 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002 , the Central Government hereby allows import of articles intended for donation for the relief and rehabilitation of the people affected by the Earth Quake in the State of Gujarat, 'Freely' , subject to the conditions specified in Depart- ment of Revenue circular No. 7/2001 - Cus . dated 27-01- 2001. However, the items , import of which is 'Prohib- ited' as per the book titled, ITC ( HS ) Classifications of Export and Import Items , shall not be allowed to be im- ported.
This issues in Public Interest .
