14- वर्षीय सरकारी स्टॉक की बिक्री के लिए नीलामी
फा. सं. 4( 7 ) -डब्ल्यू. एण्ड एम./2000.- भारत सरकार एतद्वारा 3,000 करोड़ रुपए (नामिनल) की कुल राशि के 14 वर्ष की अवधि के सरकारी स्टाक (प्रतिभूति) की बिक्री अधिसूचित करती है । यह बिक्री इस अधिसूचना (जिसे "विशिष्ट अधिसूचना " कहा गया है) में उल्लिखित शर्तों के साथ भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना सं . 4 (7) डब्ल्यू. एण्ड एम./99 दिनांक 5 अप्रैल, 1999 द्वारा यथा- संशोधित दिनांक 1 अप्रैल, 1997 की सामान्य अधिसूचना सं. 4 (2 ) डब्ल्यू. एण्ड एम./97 में निर्दिष्ट शर्तों के अधीन की जाएगी।।
निर्गम की विधि
2. सरकारी स्टाक की बिक्री भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक, फोर्ट, मुंबई-400 001 के माध्यम से दिनांक 1 अप्रैल, 1997 की सामान्य अधिसूचना सं. 4(2) डब्ल्यू. एण्ड एम. /97 के पैरा 5.1 में निर्धारित तरीके से और नीलामी में भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा निर्धारित कूपन दर पर की जाएगी। :

3. यह नीलामी भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक, फोर्ट, मुंबई-400 001 द्वारा 10 फरवरी 2001 को संचालित की जाएगी। विधिवत भरे गए आवेदन-पत्र बोलियों सहित 10 फरवरी 2001 को बैंकिंग कार्य समय समाप्त होने से पूर्वउपर्युक्त कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत कर दिए जाने चाहिएं ।
अवधि
4. यह स्टाक चौदह वर्ष की अवधि के लिए होगा । सरकारी स्टाक की अवधि 12 फरवरी 2001 को प्रारम्भ होगी । स्टाक की वापसी अदायगी 12 फरवरी 2015 को सममूल्य पर की जाएगी।
निर्गम की तारीख और स्टाक के लिए भुगतान
5. नीलामी का परिणाम भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा फोर्ट, मुंबई स्थित अपने कार्यालय में 10 फरवरी 2001 को प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा । सफल बोलीदाताओं द्वारा भुगतान 12 फरवरी 2001 अर्थात् निर्गम की तारीख को किया जाएगा ।

6. प्रतिभूतियों के लिए कूपन दर नीलामी में निर्णीत परिपक्वता दर की निर्धारित राशि पर रखी जाएगी । ब्याज का भुगतान अर्द्ध- वार्षिक आधार पर 12 अगस्त और 12 फरवरी को किया जाएगा।

Auction for sale of Government Stock of 14 Years
No. 4(7)-W&M/2000.- Government of India hereby notifies sale of Government Stock (securities) of 14-Year tenure for an aggregate amount of Rs . 3,000 crore (nominal ) . The sale will be subject to the terms and conditions spelt out in this notification (called ' Specific Notification ' ) as also the terms and conditions specified in the General Notification No. 4 (2) -W& M/ 97 dated 1st April , 1997 issued by Government of India as amended by Notification No. 4(7) -W& M/99dated 5th April, 1999.
Method of Issue
2. Government Stock will be sold through the Reserve Bank of India , Fort , Mumbai 400 001 in the manner as prescribed in Paragraph 5.1 of the General Notification No. 4(2) -W&M/97 , dated 1st April , 1997 and at a coupon rate to be determined by the Reserve Bank of India at the auction .

3. The auction will be conducted by the Reserve Bank of India, Fort, Mumbai 400 001 on February 10 , 2001. The application form duly filled in with the bids should be submitted to the aforesaid office on February 10, 2001 , before the close of bankinghours.
Tenure
4. The Stock will be of fourteen- year tenure . The tenure of Government Stock will commence from February 12, 2001. The stock will be repaid at par on February 12 , 2015 .
Date of Issue and payment for the stock
5. The result of the auction shall be displayed by the Reserve Bank of India at its Fort, Mumbai Office on February 10, 2001. The payment by successful bidders will be on February 12 , 2001 , i.e. the date of issue .

6. The coupon rate for the securities will be set at the cut- off yield to maturity rate decided in the auction . The interest will be payable half-yearly on August 12 and February 12.
