New Delhi, the 9th February, 2001
No. U-23013/7/98-LW.—The Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby dissolves the committee constituted vide the Government of India, in the Ministry of Labour's Resolution No U-23013/7/98 dated 27-4-1998, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-I, Section-1, dated 27th April, 1998 to go into the question of request of SAIL for grant of exemption from the purview of notification S.O. No. 2063 dated 21-6-1998 in respect of Ramnagar Colliery of HSCO.

No. U-23013/13/2000-LW.—In partial modification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Labour's Resolution No. U-23013/13/2000-LW dated 24-8-2000, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-I, Section-1, dated 24th August, 2000 regarding constitution of a Committee to go into the question of abolition of contract labour in the establishments of Bhaba Atomic Research Centre, Trombay, P.O. Palghar, Distt. Thane, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby makes the following amendments, namely :—•
In the said Resolution for serial No. (1) and the entries thereto the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"(1) Shri Suryakant Bagal, General Secretary, Member
Hind Mazdoor Sabha, Maharashtra State Council, A-28, "Vinit Nagar" B.P.T. Staff Quarters Kalachowky, Mumbai-400 033"
