G.S.R. 79(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. 266/67-Central Exciss, dated the 2ft- h November, 1967 (G. S.R. 177i, dated the 28th November, 1967), namely :—-

In paragraph 2 of the said notification, in clause (i), after sub-clause (zzzr), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely:—

"(zzzs) Metagalli, Siddahngpura Village Panchayat, Mysore."

Note.—(i) This notification seeks to extend inter-warehousing movement of Petroleum Products and Lubricant to and from Metagalli, Siddalingpura Village Panchayat, Mysore.
