NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th February. 2001
s.o. ii7(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Spices Board Act, 1986 (10 of 1986), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as Members of the Spices Board and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Commerce No.S.O.123(E), dated the 26th February, 1987,
namely:-
1 In the said notification, for serial numbers 19 and 20 and the entries
relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"19. Shri A. P. Murugan, Member
(He shall hold office up to the 15th
