NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th February, 2001
S. 0. 122(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-seclion (2) of section 15 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984), the Central Government, after consulting the Veterinary Council of India, hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to the said Act so as to include sub qualifications therein, namely.—
In Ihc First Schedule to the said Act, under sub-headings "Degrees",—
(1) against serial number 53 relatingto the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, in column 3, after the date "16th April, 1990", the following shall be inserted, namely :—
"This qualification shall be a recognised veterinary qualification as aforesaid only when granted on or before the 18th November, 1996.";
(2) after serial number 57 and the entries relating thereto, ihe following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:—
"58. Pondicherry University, Pondicherry.
Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry
B.V.Sc. & A.H. This qualification shall be a recognised veterinary qualification as aforesaid only when granted on or after the 25th November, 1999.

Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry
Jniversity of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad.
B.V.SC.&A.H. This qualification shall be a recognised veterinary qualification as aforesaid only when granted on or after the 19th November, 1996"

(v) S. 0.1411 dated 19-04-19%; S O. 268 dated 28-01-1997;
S.0.2841 dated 12-10-1990; S. 0.823 dated 20-04-1993;
(vi)
