ORDER

s.o. 126(E).— in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, (65 of 1951), read with rules 3, 4 and 5 of the Development Councils (Procedural) Rules, 1952 the Central Government hereby establishes the Development Council for Telecom Sector for a period of two years from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette and appoints the following persons as Chairman, Members and Member Secretary of the said Council. The Development Council will recommend measures for the growth of telecom manufacturing sector and the service sector.
