का.आ. 133 ( अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, कंपनी अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) की धारा 205ग की उपधारा (4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार, विधि, न्याय और कंपनी कार्य मंत्रालय, कंपनी कार्य विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 1087 ( अ ) , तारीख 11 नवम्बर, 1999 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. 1 और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -

New Delhi , the 12th February, 2001
S.O. 133 (E ) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (4) of Section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India, in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs , Department of Company Affairs, number SO 1087 (E) dated the 11th November , 1999 , namely-
Inthe said notification , for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely
" 1 Shri V Govindarajan, IAS , Secretary,
Chairman"
