सं. टीएएमपी/62/2000-विविध. महापत्तन प्रशुल्क प्राधिकरण ( कारोबार का संव्यवहार ) विनियम , 1998 के विनियम 19 के खंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए प्राधिकरण एतद्द्वारा किसी मामले या प्रस्ताव के संबंध में अपनी शक्तियां महापत्तन प्रशुल्क प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष को सौंपता है बशर्ते प्राधिकरण विशेष रूप से किसी मामले या प्रस्ताव की भिन्न रूप से कार्रवाई के लिए न कहे ।
