No. 16/2001- Customs अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 15 फरवरी , 2001 सं. 16/2001 -सीमाशुल्क
सा.का.नि. 98(अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 16/2000 - सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2000 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 98( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52of1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) , No. 16/2000 - Customs , dated the 1st March, 2000, namely
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम सं. 333 के सामने, स्तंभ ( 3 ) में, मद ( 5 ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
In the said notification , in the Table , against serial No 333, in column (3 ) , after item ( 5) , the following shall be inserted, namely :-
" ( 6 ) पॉलीटन, पाउडर या ग्रैन्यूल रूप में " ।
"(6) Polytan in powder or granule form " . [F. No. 354/ 115/98 - TRU (Pt ) ] [फा. सं. 354/115/98- टीआरयू ( भा. ) ]

टिप्पण. मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, में अधिसूचना म 16 /2000- मीमाशुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2000 [ सा.का.नि. 168 (अ), तारीख । मार्च , 2000 ] द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और उसका अंतिम सशोधन अधिसूचना सं. 13/2001 - सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 2 फरवरी, 2001 [मा.का.नि. 55 ( अ ) , तारीख 2 फरवरी , 2001 ] द्वारा किया गया ।
Note. The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, vide notification No. 16/ 2000- Customs, dated the 1st March, 2000 [ G.S.R. 168 (E ) , dated the 1st March, 2000 ] and was last amended by notification No. 13/2001 , dated the 2nd February, 2001 [ G.SR 55 ( E ) . dated the 2nd February, 2001 ] .
