का.आ. 143 (अ), उत्प्रवास अधिनियम, 1983 ( 1983 का 31 ) , की धारा १ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार श्री जे पी. पति, संयुक्त सचिव , भारत सरकार, को 25 जनवरी, 2001 ( अपराह्न्) से अगले आदेशों तक पंजीकरण प्राधिकारी के रूप मेंनियुक्त करती है ।
