का.आ. 146 (अ). भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992का 2 ) की धारा 20 के खण्ड ( च ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनार्थ प्रतिभूति के रूप में आई.सी.आई.सी.आई. लिमिटेड, मुंबई द्वारा जारी किए जाने वाले ऋणपत्रों की प्रकृति के कुल 500 करोड़ रुपए मात्र से अनधिक मूल्य के निम्न अप्रतिभूत मोचनीय बांड (आई.सी.आई.सी.आई. सेफ्टी बांड-फरवरी, 2001 ) प्राधिकृत करती है-
1. टैक्स सेविंग बांड;
2. रेगुलर इन्कम बांड;
3. मनी मल्टीप्लायर बांड;
4 चिल्ड्रन ग्रोथ बांड;
5. पेंशन बांड ।

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th February, 2001 S.O. 146(E) . In excrcise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of Section 20 of the Unit Trust of India Act, 1992 (2 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby authorises the unsecured Redeemable Bonds ( ICICI Safety Bonds - February, 2001 ) in the nature of debentures as- 1. Tax Saving Bond ;
2. Regular Income Bond;
3. Money Multiplier Bond;
4 Children Growth Bond;
5. Pension Bond ,
of the total aggregate value not exceeding rupees five hundred crores only to be issued by the ICICI Ltd. , Mumbai , as a security for the purpose of the said section.
