नई दिल्ली, 16 फरवरी , 2001 का.आ. 147 ( अ) .-लोक प्रतिनिधत्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में , निम्नलिखित घोषणा, जिसमें राज्य सभा में रिक्त स्थान को भरने के लिए निर्वाचित अभ्यर्थी का नाम हैं , सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है :-

उत्तर प्रदेश विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के लिए उप -निर्वाचन
' निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम, 1961 के नियम 11 के उपनियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 53 की उपधारा ( 2) मे अन्तर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि:-

ग्राम कुसुमही मा. सं. 118 , डाकघर बेरामनपुर, जिला-औनपुर, जो भारतीय जनता पार्टी द्वारा खड़े किए गए थे, उम सदन में चौधरी चुन्नी लाल के निधन के कारण रिक्त हुए स्थान को भरने के लिए सम्यक् रूप से निर्वाचित हो गए हैं ।
