सा.का.नि. 99 (अ) . केन्द्रीय उत्पाद एवं सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियमावली, 1944 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 9 अक्तूबर, 1992 की सा.का.नि. 803 ( अ ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खंड ( 1 ) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 9 अक्तूबर , 1992 की केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क की अधिसूचना संख्या 25/ 92- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै .टै. ) को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, उन बातों के सिवाय करने के लिए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रांत करने मे पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है , एतद्द्वारा सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त, दिल्ली, में केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क आयुक्त की शक्तियों को निहित करता है , जो नोएडा निर्यात प्रसंस्करण जोन में उत्पन्न मामलों की जांच तथा न्याय निर्णयन के प्रयोजन के लिए नोएडा निर्यात प्रसंस्करण जीन , नोएडा, उत्तर प्रदेश में उनके द्वारा प्रयोग की जाएंगी ।
G.S.R. 99 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , read with rule 4 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 and in supersession of notification in Central Board ofExcise and Customs No. 25/92 - Central Excise (N.T) dated the 9th October, 1992 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( i) vide G.S.R. 803 (E) dated the 9th October , 1992 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby invests the Commissioner of Customs , Delhi , with the powers of the Commissioner of Central Excise , to be excrcised by him in the NOIDA Export Processing Zone, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for the purpose of investigation and adjudication of cases arising from the said NOIDA Export Processing Zone.
